锌冶炼铜渣中有价金属综合回收技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决锌冶炼铜渣综合利用的问题,研究了铜渣综合回收有价金属工艺,在生产一级品五水硫酸铜同时回收铅、锌、银、锗等有价金属。采用的工艺流程为:铜渣通过氧压酸浸使铜、锌、锗进入浸出液,铅、银留在浸出渣中,浸出渣送铅冶炼系统回收铅、银,浸出液经过冷却萃取回收锗、萃余液盐析结晶、逆流洗涤结晶、烘干产出五水硫酸铜产品,锌、镉在结晶母液富集之后返回锌冶炼系统回收,实现了资源的最大化综合回收。铜、铅、银、锌、锗回收率分别达到96.87%、99.9%、97.88%、93.61%、61.72%。 In order to solve the problem of comprehensive utilization of copper slag from zinc smelting,the process of comprehensive recovery of valuable metals from copper slag was studied.The valuable metals such as lead,zinc,silver and germanium were recovered while producing first-class copper sulfate pentahydrate.The technological process adopted is as follows:copper slag is subjected to oxygen pressure acid leaching to make copper,zinc and germanium enter the leaching solution,and lead and silver remain in the leaching residue.The leaching residue is sent to the lead smelting system to recover lead and silver.The leaching solution is cooled and extracted to recover germanium,the raffinate is salted out and crystallized,countercurrent washing and crystallized,and dried to produce copper sulfate pentahydrate.Zinc and cadmium are returned to the zinc smelting system for recovery after enrichment of crystallization mother liquor,so as to maximize the comprehensive recovery of resources.The recoveries of copper,lead,silver,zinc and germanium reached 96.87%,99.9%,97.88%,93.61%and 61.72%respectively.
