摘要
利用低功率X射线荧光分析仪,探讨了影响钴基溶液中Ni、Cu、Fe、Co、Zn、Mn测量的因素,拟定了实验条件,试验数据表明:钴的RSD在0.24%~0.34%之间,镍的RSD在0.39%~4.42%之间,铜的RSD在1.67%~7.71%之间,铁的RSD在2.52%~3.90%之间,锌的RSD在4.00%~6.34%之间,锰的RSD在1.88%~4.03%之间,镍的加标回收率在96.0%~102.6%之间,铜的加标回收率在96.9%~104.8%之间,铁的加标回收率在96.4%~102.6%之间,锌的加标回收率在96.2%~101.6%之间,锰的加标回收率在97.0%~102.9%之间,完全满足分析要求。X荧光分析结果与原方法吻合较好,准确度高,分析速度快,实现了钴基溶液中Ni、Cu、Fe、Co、Zn、Mn的同时测定,满足分析要求。
using low-power X-ray fluorescence analyzer,the factors affecting the measurement of Ni,Cu,Fe,Co,Zn and Mn in cobalt based solution are discussed,and the experimental conditions are formulated.The experimental data show that the RSD of cobalt is between 0.24%~0.34%,that of nickel is between 0.39%~4.42%,that of copper is between 1.67%~7.71%,that of iron is between 2.52%~3.90%,that of zinc is between 4.00%~6.34%,that of manganese is between 1.88%~4.03%,and that of nickel is between 96.0%~102.6%,The recoveries of copper,iron,zinc and manganese are 96.9%~104.8%,96.4%~102.6%,96.2%~101.6%and 97.0%~102.9%,respectively,which fully meet the analysis requirements.The results of X-ray fluorescence analysis are in good agreement with the original method,with high accuracy and fast analysis speed.The simultaneous determination of Ni,Cu,Fe,Co,Zn and Mn in cobalt based solution is realized,which meets the analysis requirements.
