High purity antimonium is mainly used in semiconductor industry.It is the key material for preparing compound semiconductor crystals and epitaxial wafers.It also allows the synthesis of compound semiconductors such as indium antimonide,gallium antimonide and aluminum antimonide,and can also be used as dopants for semiconductor silicon and germanium.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the main changes and reasons in the old and new versions of GB/T 10117.
