摘要
为解决门诊复诊患者就医难题,上海市胸科医院围绕“诊前、诊中、诊后”流程与“医技检查、医生看诊”服务,构建了复诊患者一体化管理平台,打造患者自主精准预约复诊日期、一键缴费、一日完成复诊的便捷就医流程。平台应用后,优化了复诊患者就医流程,提升了复诊效率,改善了患者就医体验。
In order to solve the problem of outpatient follow-up visits,Shanghai Chest Hospital had built an integrated management platform for follow-up visits around the process of"before,during and after consultation"and the service of"medical technical examination and doctor's consultation",creating a convenient medical scene where patients can make precise appointment for follow-up visits independently,pay fees with one key and complete follow-up visits in one day.After the application of the platform,the medical treatment process of patients with follow-up visits was optimized,the efficiency of follow-up visits was increased,and the medical treatment experience of patients was improved.
