移动学习模式在企业安全教育培训中的适用性分析

Applicability Analysis of Mobile Learning Mode in the Field of Enterprise Safety Education and Training

随着移动互联技术的发展及后疫情时代的需要,传统面授学习及网络化学习方式已无法满足企业、学员及监管部门的需求。通过对面授学习、传统网络化学习及移动学习3种现有学习模式进行对比,多角度分析了前2种模式存在的问题,并从安全教育培训特点、政策制度、技术装备、各方培训需求等方面,对移动学习模式在安全教育领域的适用性进行了分析与总结,认为移动学习模式能够更好地满足企业安全教育培训需求。

With the development of mobile Internet technology and the needs of the post-epidemic era,traditional face-to-face learning and electronic learning methods can no longer meet the needs of enterprises,students and regulatory authorities.Through the comparison of face-to-face learning,traditional electronic learning and mobile learning three existing learning modes,the problems existing in the first two modes are analyzed from multiple angles.And the applicability of mobile learning mode in the field of safety education is analyzed and summarized from the characteristics of safety education and training,policies and systems,technical equipment,and training needs of all parties,and it is believed that mobile learning mode can better meet the needs of enterprise safety education and training.
