摘要
扁担山矿北侧有合九铁路安庆支线及民房等建构筑物设施,为保护铁路及民房安全,分析爆破过程中产生的地震效应、爆破飞石、爆炸空气冲击波、爆破及生产粉尘等危险有害因素的种类、分布情况、严重程度及潜在的事故隐患,分析有关爆破参数对合九铁路运行的安全可靠性。根据露天矿山开采区域与合九铁路地理位置关系及现场作业条件,采用Blast-UM型爆破振动测试仪对现场布置测试点进行爆破测试。根据爆破测试结果,回归计算爆破衰减系数,确定爆破工程级别,并对露天爆破作业产生的爆破振动速度、爆破冲击波及爆破飞石等安全距离进行计算,依据相关技术标准、规范,开展矿区东北侧露天爆破开采对合九铁路的安全影响分析。根据分析结果,爆破作业安全允许振动速度、最大段起爆药量、爆破安全允许距离、爆破振动满足要求,不会对合九铁路造成安全威胁。
On the north side of Biandanshan Mine,there are buildings and structures such as Anqing branch line of Hefei Jiujiang Railway and civilian houses.In order to protect the safety of railway and civilian houses,the types,distribution,severity and potential accident hazards of seismic effects,blasting flying stones,blasting air shock wave,blasting and production dust and other dangerous and harmful factors produced in the blasting process are analyzed,and the safety and reliability of relevant blasting parameters for the operation of Hefei Jiujiang Railway are analyzed.According to the geographical relationship between the open-pit mining area and Hefei Jiujiang railway and the on-site operation conditions,blast um blasting vibration tester is used to conduct blasting tests on the test points arranged on the site.According to the blasting test results,the blasting attenuation coefficient is calculated by regression,the blasting engineering level is determined,and the blasting vibration speed,blasting impact and blasting flying stone and other safety distances produced by the open-pit blasting operation are calculated.According to the relevant technical standards and specifications,the safety impact analysis of the open-pit blasting mining in the northeast of the mining area on Hefei Jiujiang Railway is carried out.According to the analysis results,the safety allowable vibration speed of blasting operation,the maximum detonating charge,the safety allowable distance of blasting and blasting vibration meet the requirements,and will not pose a safety threat to Hefei Jiujiang Railway.
