黑龙江某铜锌硫化矿优先浮选试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 某铜锌硫化矿为了解决现场铜精矿品位低的问题,对该矿石进行了抑锌浮铜优先浮选试验研究。开路试验结果表明:当磨矿细度为-0.074 mm75%,以硫酸锌与亚硫酸钠作为锌矿物组合抑制剂、Z-200和丁基黄药为铜矿物组合捕收剂,对铜矿物采用1粗3精1扫工艺流程,可获得铜品位19.80%、铜回收率48.60%、锌品位15.80%的铜精矿;以硫酸铜作为锌矿物活化剂、丁基黄药为锌矿物捕收剂,对锌矿物采用1粗3精工艺流程,可获得锌品位49.60%、锌回收率53.01%、铜品位0.92%的锌精矿,实现了铜、锌的综合回收。 In order to solve the problem of low grade of on-site copper concentrate in a copper-zinc sulfide mine,zinc suppression and copper flotation preferential flotation test was conducted.The open-circuit test results show that when the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm75%,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite are used as zinc mineral combination inhibitors,Z-200 and butyl xanthate are used as copper mineral combination collectors,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 19.80%,copper recovery of 48.60%and zinc grade of 15.80%can be obtained by one roughing,three cleaning and one scavenging process.Zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 49.60%,zinc recovery of 53.01%,and copper grade of 0.92%can be obtained by using copper sulfate as zinc mineral activator,butyl xanthate as zinc mineral collector,and one roughing and three cleaning process for zinc minerals,realizing the comprehensive recovery of copper and zinc.
