摘要 为提高弓长岭选矿厂磁铁矿作业区的生产指标,针对因矿石处理量升高出现的精矿指标波动、尾矿品位偏高、药剂消耗增加等问题,通过采用新工艺两段磨矿、一段磁选抛尾、重选、粗细分级、细粒级磁选流程进行了工艺优化技术改造。考查结果表明:工艺优化后获得了产率27.55%、铁品位67.09%、铁回收率73.91%的合格铁精矿,综合尾矿铁品位9.01%;新工艺能够高效分选弓长岭磁铁矿,且产品指标优异,流程简单,经济效益显著。 In order to improve the production index of magnetite working area in Gongchangling Concentrator,in view of the problems such as the fluctuation of concentrate index,the high grade of tailings and the increase of reagent consumption caused by the increase of ore processing capacity,the process optimization and technical transformation were carried out by using the new process of two-stage grinding,one-stage magnetic separation and tailings discarding,gravity separation,coarse-fine classification and fine-grained magnetic separation.The results showed that the qualified iron concentrate with yield of 27.55%,iron grade of 67.09%and iron recovery of 73.91%was obtained after process optimization,and the iron grade of comprehensive tailings was 9.01%.The new process can efficiently separate Gongchangling magnetite with excellent product indexes,simple process and remarkable economic benefits.
