摘要
为降低金属矿山企业生产成本及提高资源利用率,针对纳米陶瓷球的材料和细磨特性,结合纳米陶瓷球代替传统钢球后在金属矿细磨中的应用案例,简述了纳米陶瓷球作为球磨机和塔磨机的磨矿介质取得的“节能降耗”经济指标,以及减少过磨和铁质污染为选别有用矿物带来的正面效应。此外,探讨了适应纳米陶瓷球应用的球磨机和塔磨机的优化设计方向,展望了纳米陶瓷球在金属矿细磨中的广阔应用前景。
In order to reduce the production cost of metal mining enterprises and improve the utilization rate of resources,in view of the material and fine grinding characteristics of nano-ceramic balls,combined with the application case of nano-ceramic balls replacing traditional steel balls in the fine grinding of metal mines,the economic indicators of“energy saving and consumption reduction”obtained by using nano-ceramic balls as the grinding medium of ball mills and tower mills,and the positive effect of reducing overgrinding and iron pollution on the separation of useful minerals are briefly described.In addition,the optimization design direction of ball mill and tower mill suitable for the application of nano-ceramic balls was discussed,and the broad application prospect of nano-ceramic balls in fine grinding of metal ores was prospected.
