摘要 为了积极响应国家“十三五”健康中国宏伟规划,倡导健康的生产、生活方式,预防并减少职业病及相关疾病危害,提高职业健康管理水平,实现企业发展与人员健康的持续和谐发展,庙沟铁矿针对强化落实职业健康管理制度体系、美化完善生产生活健康环境、形成成熟健康的文化整体氛围、构建三位一体式现代健康管理企业的问题,开展了创建职业健康企业研究,最终形成了完整的职业健康管理制度体系。通过近1 a的职业健康企业建设,一线接触职业病危害因素职工职业病防治意识和能力显著提高,职业健康环境美化让广大职工有了更高的获得感和幸福感,职业健康文化素养逐渐提升;全年未发生一起职业健康损害事故,创建职业健康企业现已成为庙沟铁矿提升职业健康管理水平必不可少的长效机制。 In order to actively respond to the national"13th Five-year Plan"for Healthy China,advocate healthy production and lifestyle,prevent and reduce occupational diseases and related disease hazards,improve occupational health management,and achieve sustainable and harmonious development of enterprise development and personnel health,Miaogou Iron Mine aiming at the problems of strengthening the implementation of the occupational health management system,beautifying and improving the healthy production and living environment,forming a mature and healthy cultural overall atmosphere,and building a three-in-one modern health management enterprise,research on creating an occupational health enterprise was carried out,and finally formed a complete occupational health management system.Through the construction of occupational health enterprises for nearly a year,the awareness and ability of front-line employees exposed to occupational disease hazards have been significantly improved,the beautification of occupational health environment has given the majority of employees a higher sense of gain and happiness,and the cultural literacy of occupational health has gradually improved;There was no occupational health injury accident in the whole year,Establishing occupational health enterprises has become an essential long-term mechanism for Miaogou Iron Mine to improve the level of occupational health management.
