基于GPR与ERT属性信息融合的综合物探方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 城市地下空间地质结构的精准探测是保障城市地下空间安全、高效开发利用的关键.针对当前单一物探方法存在的探测精度低和结果多解性等难题,本文提出了一种基于探地雷达GPR与ERT属性信息融合的综合物探方法.主要内容包括:(1)建立探地雷达正演模型,对回波数据的响应特征及不同属性特征进行分析;(2)提取9种探地雷达属性并进行相关性分析和属性优选;(3)对优选后的属性集与电法数据分别进行预处理,消除不同数据间量纲和随机噪声的影响,同时在水平方向和垂直方向分别进行空间配准;(4)研究RGB融合算法,对配准后数据进行融合处理.为验证上述方法的可行性,本文开展了综合物探方法的验证实验,并对融合结果进行了分析评价.结果表明:融合后数据具有更高的信息丰度,实验的五组数据融合后信息熵、平均梯度相对融合前平均提升分别为21.9%,27.3%,五组数据融合前后平均均方根误差为11.4%.该方法为城市地下地质结构和病害异常体的高精度探测提供技术支撑. Precise detection of geological structure of urban underground space is the key to efficient development and utilization,it also ensures the safety of urban underground.Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy and multiple solutions of the current single geophysical methods,this paper proposes a comprehensive geophysical method based on the fusion of Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)and Electrical Resistivity Tomography(ERT)attribute information.The main contents include:(1)Establish the forward model of GPR.The response characteristics and different attribute characteristics of echo data are analyzed.(2)Nine kinds of GPR attributes are extracted,and correlation analysis and attribute optimization are carried out.(3)The optimized attribute set and electrical data are preprocessed respectively.Eliminate the influence of different data dimension and random noise.Spatial registration is performed in horizontal and vertical directions respectively.(4)RGB fusion algorithm is used to fuse the registered data.In this paper,the verification experiment of comprehensive geophysical prospecting method is carried out to verify the feasibility of the above method,and the fusion results were both analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the data after fusion have higher information abundance,The average increase of information entropy and average gradient before fusion was 21.9%,27.3%;The Root Mean Square(RMS)error was 11.4%before and after data fusion.This method provides technical support for high-precision detection of urban underground geological structure and disease abnormal body.
