摘要
大力发展绿色经济,促进能源结构低碳化转型,减少温室气体排放,已成为全世界的共识。中国贯彻新发展理念,坚定不移走生态优先、绿色低碳发展道路,着力推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型。绿色发展涉及生活起居、工业生产、交通运输的方方面面,以及能源生产、储存、利用全过程,是一个系统工程。因此,实现绿色发展,除了单技术开发外,尤其关键的是,要促进技术之间的协调、融合发展,使它们能够组成一个有机系统,进而实现能源结构的系统性调整。
