三黄跌打膏对急性软组织损伤大鼠的疗效及作用机制

Effect and Mechanism of Sanhuang Dieda Ointment on Acute Soft Tissue Injury in Rats

目的探讨三黄跌打膏对急性软组织损伤大鼠的疗效及作用机制。方法64只SD大鼠,其中16只作为正常对照组,自由饮食饮水;剩余48只大鼠经机械冲击挫伤建立急性软组织损伤模型,分为3组,即模型对照组(未予以干预)、三黄跌打膏组、狗皮膏药组,每组16只。在第3、7 d给药2 h后分别每组各取出8只大鼠,观察软组织损伤情况,并在处死前腹腔主动脉取血,检测血清氧化应激反应指标及炎症介质水平。结果与正常对照组比较,模型建立后病理评分均增加,炎症介质水平及氧化应激反应指标均明显改变,但给药组较模型对照组均有所改善,其中以三黄跌倒膏组改善最明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄跌打膏对急性软组织损伤大鼠有显著效果,可能是通过减轻机体氧化应激反应,降低炎症介质水平,改善急性软组织损伤程度。

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Sanhuang Dieda ointment on acute soft tissue injury in rats.Methods 64 SD rats,16 of which served as the normal control group,ate and drank freely;The remaining 48 rats were injured by mechanical shock to establish acute soft tissue injury model,and were divided into three groups according to post-injury treatment,namely model control group(without intervention),Sanhuang Dieda ointment group,dog skin plaster group,16 rats in each group.Eight rats in each group were taken out 2 hours after administration on the 3rd and 7th days to observe soft tissue injury.Blood was taken from abdominal aorta before execution to detect serum oxidative stress response and inflammatory cytokines levels.Results Compared with the normal control group,the pathological scores of model rats were increased,the levels of inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress response were significantly increased,but the group of model rats were decreased after administration,and the Sanhuang Dieda ointment group had the most significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang Dieda ointment has a significant effect on acute soft tissue injury in rats,which may be through alleviating oxidative stress response,reducing the level of inflammatory cytokines and improving the degree of acute soft tissue injury.
