某基层医院中成药专项点评与分析

Special Comment and Analysis of Chinese Patent Medicine in A Grass-roots Hospital

目的 通过专项点评了解医院门急诊中成药使用情况,以促进中成药合理使用。方法 抽取重庆市大足区第二人民医院2021年7—12月开具的600张门急诊中成药处方,对中成药的使用情况进行统计,并分析其使用合理性。结果 600张门急诊处方中,不合理用药处方134张(不合理使用率为22.33%),其中开具1种中成药处方33张,占24.63%;开具2种及以上中成药处方101张,占75.37%。不合理处方存在的用药问题主要有以下几个方面:用法用量不合理、适应证或证型不适宜、重复用药、联合用药不适宜、禁忌用药。结论 大部分门急诊中成药处方由西医师开具,开具2种及以上中成药较多,不合理用药问题较为严重,医院应加强对中成药使用管理,保障患者用药安全有效。

Objective To understand the use of Chinese patent medicines in outpatient and emergency department of the hospital through special comments,so as to promote the rational use of Chinese patent medicines.Methods 600 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department of the second people’s Hospital of Dazu District in Chongqing from July to December 2021 were collected,and the rationality of the use of Chinese patent medicine was analyzed.Results Among the 600 outpatient and emergency prescriptions,134 prescriptions for irrational drug use(the unreasonable utilization rate was 22.33%),including 33 prescriptions for one kind of Chinese patent medicine,accounting for 24.63%;101 prescriptions for two or more kinds of Chinese patent medicines were issued,accounting for 75.37%.The medication problems of unreasonable prescription mainly include the following aspects:unreasonable usage and dosage,inappropriate indications or syndrome types,repeated medication,inappropriate combination medication and contraindicated medication.Conclusion Most outpatient and emergency prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines are issued by Western doctors.There are many kinds of Chinese patent medicines with more than two kinds,and the problem of irrational drug use is more serious.The hospital should strengthen the use management of Chinese patent medicines to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients’ medication.
