摘要 "碳达峰、碳中和"战略是中国履行负责任大国的庄严承诺,供水能耗主要源于制水过程中的电力消耗,及时开展供水节能技术管理研究具有重要的行业引领价值.综合分析江苏84家臭氧活性炭深度处理水厂电耗发现,深度处理水厂比能集中在270 kW·h/1000 m3上下,整体而言,苏南比能低于苏中、苏中低于苏北;各环节中,取水与送水比能占比最高,常规工艺、深度处理、生产用电占比相对偏低;表征泵站效率的综合单位电耗,苏南低于苏中,苏中低于苏北;合理控制生产电耗,提升机泵运行效率是供水生产节能降耗的重要手段.经测算,通过管理提升,84家水厂具有10.4%节能空间,意义明显. "Carbon peaking and carbon neutralization"strategy is Chinese solemn commitment as a responsible big country.The energy consumption of water supply mainly comes from the pow-er consumption.Carrying out the research on energy conservation technology and management of water supply industry in time has important industry leading value.Comprehensive analysis of the power consumption of 84 water plants in Jiangsu with ozone/activated-carbon advanced treatment was conducted and the following findings were obtained.The specific energy of water plants with advanced treatment fluctuates around 270 kW·h/1000 m^(3).Overall,the specific enenrgy in the south part of Jiangsu province is lower than that in the middle part,and that in middle part is lower than that in north part.Among all segment in water supply.the specific energy of water intake and delivery process has the highest ratio of the total,and the proportion of conventional process.ad-vanced treatment and production power is relatively low.Among these 84 water plants in Jiangsu.the south part has the lowest consumption,middle part's consumption is lower than that in north part.Reasonable control of production power consumption and improving the pump operation effi-ciency are important directions for energy conservation in water supply industry.It is of significant meaning that the estimated room for energy conservation of these 84 water plants is 10.4%through management improvement.
