摘要
对再生水全膜法处理工艺在锅炉补给水中的研究现状以及实际应用进行统计分析.以某热电厂为例,归纳探究再生水全膜法处理工艺系统的运行效果、技术经济效益以及存在问题.结果表明,系统经济效益良好,反渗透、EDI系统运行平稳,出水水质符合锅炉补给水要求,但超滤膜污堵速率较快,对多糖与腐殖酸去除效率低,反渗透系统污堵风险较高,因此超滤进水的可生化性是再生水膜系统污堵的关键控制因子.
The research status and practical application of integrated membrane system of re-claimed water source in boiler make up water are statistically analyzed.Taking a thermal power plant as an example.this paper summarizes and explores the operation effect,technical and eco-nomic benefits and existing problems of integrated membrane system of reclaimed water source.The results show that the system has good economic benefits.the reverse osmosis and EDI systems operate stably,and the effluent quality meets the requirements of boiler make up water.However.the ultrafiltration membrane has a fast fouling rate,low removal efficiency of polysaccharide and humic acid,and the risk of fouling in the reverse osmosis system is high.Therefore.the biode-gradability of ultrafiltration influent is the key control factor of fouling in the reclaimed water membrane system.
