新型液密封环冷机结构温度场及热变形有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 环冷机作业过程中产生不均匀热变形而导致的运行不平稳、卡轨等一系列问题,严重影响环冷机作业效率和企业经济效益。为准确预测环冷机不均匀的空间温度和热变形分布,本文采用有限元方法,分别在Ansys温度模块和耦合模块中对环冷机的温度场和热变形场进行分析研究,并对设备运行现场温度进行测量以佐证本文仿真结果的准确性和可靠性。结果显示:设备栏板上的温度梯度明显,从上部至下部呈递减趋势,环冷机温度场按圆周方向可分为高、中、低温区三个区域;环冷机热变形明显,栏板呈现向外壁方向弯曲的趋势,侧轨道变形沿圆周方向呈起伏波动状态,于高温区达到最大值。现场实验数据与仿真结果吻合度较高,表明本文所采用的有限元分析方法可准确预测设备运作过程中结构的空间温度效应,可为新型环冷机的安装指导提供可靠的理论支撑。 The uneven thermal deformation generated during the operation of ring cold machine leads to a series of problems such as unstable operation and jammed rails, which seriously affect the operational efficiency of ring cold machine and the economic benefits of the enterprise.In order to accurately predict the uneven spatial temperature and thermal deformation distribution of ring cold machine, the finite element method is used to analyze and study the temperature field and thermal deformation field of ring cold machine in Ansys temperature module and coupling module respectively, and the temperature of the equipment operation site is measured to support the accuracy and reliability of the simulation results.The results show that: the temperature gradient on the breast board of the equipment is obvious and decreasing from the upper part to the lower part, and the temperature field of ring cold machine can be divided into three areas according to the circumferential direction: high temperature region, medium temperature region and low temperature region according to the circumferential direction;the thermal deformation of ring cold machine is obvious, and the breast board shows a tendency to bend in the direction of the outer wall, and the side track deformation is undulating and fluctuating along the circumferential direction and reaches the maximum value in the high temperature region.The field experimental data and simulation results are in good fitness, indicating that the finite element analysis method adopted in this paper can accurately predict the spatial temperature effect of the structure during the operation of the equipment, and can provide reliable theoretical support for the installation guidance of the new ring cold machine.
