烧结活性焦脱硫脱硝工程存在的问题及应对措施 被引量:4

摘要 针对活性焦脱硫脱硝工艺在处理烧结机头烟气时出现的吸附塔着火、吸附塔铵盐结晶、吸附塔腐蚀、净烟气粉尘超标、解析塔腐蚀、硫酸品质不达标等问题,本文通过分析问题出现的原因,结合生产,提出了严格控制床层温度在150℃以内;控制主抽出口烟气中的HCl、SO质量浓度,优化操作,及时清理结晶;降低烟气酸露点温度,控制入塔烟气温度和安保氮气温度,改进设备操作和维护;减少活性焦粉,控制铵盐气溶胶的生成,控制入塔烟气粉尘;再生塔进料段和再生塔底部注入足够的运载氮气,氮气温度保证在120℃以上;操作维护得当,保证解析塔内的烟气温度;严格控制洗涤参数,定期校验硫酸浓度表,严格控制干燥硫酸浓度,严禁酸温超过技术规范;定时做好阳极保护装置运行记录等岗位工作参数等防范措施,这些防范措施的实施,可有效地解决该工艺中出现的问题。 Aiming at the problems of adsorption tower fire, ammonium crystallization in adsorption tower, adsorption tower corrosion, net flue gas dust over proof, corrosion in the resolution tower, and non-compliance of sulfuric acid coloration in the treatment of sintering head flue gas in the activated coke desulfurization and denitrification process, by analyzing the causes of the problem and combining production, it is proposed to strictly control the bed temperature within 150 ℃,control the mass concentration of HCl and SOin the main outlet flue gas, optimize operation, clean the crystal in time, reduce the flue gas acid dew point temperature, control the flue gas temperature and security nitrogen temperature into the tower, and improve equipment operation and maintenance;reduce the active coke powder, control the generation of ammonium salt aerosol, control the flue gas dust into the tower, inject enough nitrogen into the feed section of the regeneration tower and the bottom of the regeneration tower, and guarantee the nitrogen temperature above 120 ℃;properly operate and maintain, ensure the analysis of the flue gas temperature in the tower;strictly control the washing parameters, regularly calibrate acid concentration, strictly control dry acid concentration, strictly prohibit acid temperature exceeding technical specifications;regularly do a good job of anode protection device operation records and other post work parameters and other preventive measures.All of the implementation of these preventive measures can effectively solve the problems in the process.
