五代书家考述

An Investigation of the Calligraphers of the Five Dynasties

五代书家除杨凝式之外还有敬翔、罗绍威、卢汝弼、李从曮、刘承均、乌震、周瓌、聂文进、李煜、孔谦等,他们的作品鲜少遗存,然善书之名见诸史籍,不可无视。笔者经过史籍钩沉,补充了被书法史忽略的五代书家,初步分析其成长与生活的文化与社会背景对其书法创作的影响,力求归纳出具有普遍意义的结论。

In addition to Yang Ningshi, the calligraphers of the Five Dynasties also include Jing Xiang, Luo Shaowei, Lu Rubi, Li Congyan, Liu Chengjun, Wu Zhen, Zhou Huai, Nie Wenjin, Li Yu and Kong Qian, etc. Their works are rarely transmitted to this day. However, the reputation of being good at calligraphy can be seen in historical records and can not be ignored. After reviewing the historical records, the author supplements the calligraphers of the Five Dynasties ignored in the history of calligraphy, preliminarily analyzes the influence of the cultural and social background of their growth and life on their calligraphy creation, and tries to make a conclusion of general significance for calligraphy.
