Break boundaries,integrate and share:exploration on the publicity of urban compound public institutions

设计从项目的公共性塑造出发,通过建立一个整合共享、立体串联的“公共空间体系”,打破两个机构固有的行政权属边界和空间使用边界,塑造面向城市的,可知、可感、可达的城市性公共文化空间。从设计的核心理念出发,详述项目实践过程中面临的设计挑战和应对策略。

Starting from the publicity creating of the project,the design breaks the inherent administrative ownership boundary and space use boundary of the two institutions by establishing a"public space system"of integration,sharing and three-dimensional connection,and shapes a city oriented,knowable,sensible and accessible urban public cultural space.Starting from the core concept of design,this paper details the design challenges and countermeasures faced in the process of the project.
