数字化转型产生价值需要经历较长周期,对中小银行是不小的挑战,保持战略定力是关键。中小银行可通过设立多层级的转型推动组织,自上而下明确和传递高管层意志,落实领导负责制,保证理念一致的同时,确保本行数字化项目顺利开展。
In recent years, the fundamental changes in the internal and external economic and financial environment and the rapid development of fintech have created new scenarios and business models, and changed the client interaction model and ser vice pattern. Small and medium-sized banks that have been relying on the traditional business model for survival and development have encountered severe challenges. It’s urgent for them to overcome the challenges through digital transformation. Ms. Wang points out that digital transformation takes a long time to generate value, which is a big challenge for small and medium-sized banks. It’s important for them to stay focused on this strategic task. She believes that those banks can overcome difficulties of digital transformation by introducing external consulting firms, comprehensively sorting out key issues and pain points, improving top-down design, strengthening coordination in multiple synergistic relationships such as between the headquarter and local branches, and between business and technology, improving basic capabilities in demand management, data and technology.
