摘要
通过对应用型高校学生的职业态度进行调查发现:地方应用型高校学生整体持消极的应用型职业态度,对应用型职业的评价低于学术型职业;不同性别、地区、学科学生的应用型职业态度均有差异;家庭因素和个体因素对学生的职业态度影响显著;职业决策自我效能感和应用型职业认同在专业认同对应用型职业态度的影响中起部分链式中介作用。提升地方应用型高校学生积极职业态度,政府和社会组织应创造从事应用型职业的机会和条件,学校应促进学生形成应用型职业能力,学生个体要持开放性的职业态度主动探索应用职业可能性。
Through the investigation of the career attitude of application-oriented college students,it is found that the local application-oriented college students hold a negative applied career attitude as a whole,and their evaluation of application-oriented occupation is lower than that of academic occupation;there are differences in applied career attitudes among students of different genders,regions and disciplines;family factors and individual factors have a significant impact on students’ career attitude;career decision-making self-efficacy and applied career identity play a partial chain intermediary role in the impact of professional identity on applied career attitude. To improve the positive career attitude of local application-oriented college students, the government and social organizations should create opportunities and conditions for engaging in application-oriented occupations. Schools should promote students to develop an application-oriented vocational ability,and students as an individual should hold an open career attitude and actively explore the possibility of application-oriented occupations.
