摘要 混合式教学视域下,提升成人学习者投入度是开放大学持续改进学习者学习体验和效果的关键要素。混合式教学支架设计应坚持预设性与生成性相结合、适时性与适量性相照应、通用性与特殊性相均衡、全面性与递进性相协调的原则,并遵循线上教学以支持过程为导向、线下教学以支持理解为导向的理念,设计出混合式教学模式下提升成人学习者投入度的教学支架。 Improving the involvement of adult learners is the key element for open university to continuously improve the learning experience and effect of learners in the perspective of blended teaching In the design of blended teaching support,we should adhere to the principles of the combination of presupposition and generation,the consideration of timeliness and appropriateness the balance of universality and particularity,and the coordination of comprehensiveness and progressiveness,and follow the concept of online teaching oriented by supporting process and offline teaching oriented by supporting understanding so as to design a teaching support to improve the involvement of adult learners under the blended teaching mode.
