大牛地气田大28井区盒1气藏高产液原因分析及治理对策研究

摘要 目前大牛地气田大28井区盒1气藏气水关系认识不清,平面分布差异大,产液机理不明确,制约气井产能释放。在气水平面展布特征分析的基础上,从沉积、储层、构造特征等方面对该气藏高产液原因进行分析,并针对性提出治理对策。研究表明,该气藏不同区域液气比分布特征存在明显差异,主控因素及治理对策也存在差异。工区中部、南部高产液主要受沉积控制:河道中部储层物性好,束缚水含量低,液气比整体在3.0m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3)以下,通过优化配产及泡排制度,可实现气井稳定生产;河道边部储层物性相对较差,束缚水含量高,液气比在3~10m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3)之间,通过周期气举或采取负压采气工艺,配套泡沫排水,实现气井正常生产。工区北部发育一条近东西向高产液条带,液气比均在15m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3)以上,高产液主要受断层控制,采取电潜泵、射流泵或机抽排水等工艺,通过机械排水释放气井产能。 The stimulation is restricted for unclear gas-water relationship,greatly difference of plane distribution,and unknown fluid production mechanism in He1 gas reservoir of Da28 well block in Daniudi Gas Field.Based on the analysis of the plane distribution characteristics of gas and water,the causes of high fluid production in He 1 gas reservoir in D28 well block of Daniudi Gas Field are analyzed from the aspects of sedimentation,reservoir and structural characteristics,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The research shows that there are obvious differences on the distribution characteristics of liquid-gas ratio in different regions of He1 gas reservoir,as well as the main control factors and countermeasures.In the center and south of research area,high fluid production is controlled by the sedimentation.In the middle of channel,physical properties of reservoirs are good,content of irreducible water is low,and liquid-gas ratio is less than 3m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3),and production optimization and foam drainage system may be applied to stable production of the gas wells;at the edge of channel,the physical properties of the reservoirs are relatively poor,the content of irreducible water is high,and the liquid-gas ratio is 3-10m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3);the cyclicas lift or the negative pressure gas producing process matched with foam drainage is completed to achieve the normal production of the gas wells.A near east-west high-yield liquid belt is developed in the north of the research area with the liquid-gas ratio more than 15m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3).The high fluid production is mainly controlled by faults.Electric submersible pump,jet pump or mechanical pumping and drainage are adopted for the stimulation of gas wells through mechanical drainage.
