摘要 常减压装置原油性质多变和生产方案调整,对装置的生产操作、控制和优化带来非常大的挑战。在对某套燃料型5Mt/a常减压装置实施闭环实时优化过程中,对基础控制层和先进控制层在控制和优化方法上进行了多方面性能提升,该装置DCS为中控JX300,APC系统软件采用AVEVAAPC及内嵌套的Python编程平台,在线实时优化系统采用ROMeoOnline Performance和ROMeo Online Performance Real Time System软件平台,修改基础控制回路和整定PID参数,在传统多变量模型预测控制基础上,对复杂控制、给定点控制、宽控制范围被控变量优化、产品质量动态优化等方面进行了性能提升,使先进控制系统不仅集成和实现了在线实时优化系统的目标,还同时实现了动态控制和动态优化,实现了装置全流程的模拟、控制和优化,提高了装置轻油收率和经济效益。 The variable properties of crude oil and the adjustment of production plan bring great challenges to the production operation,control and optimization of CDU.During the closed-loop real-time optimization of a fuel type 5Mt/a CDU,the performance of basic control layer and advanced control layer was improved in many aspects in control and optimization methods.The DCS of the unit is centrally controlled JX300,and the APC system software adopts AVEVAAPC and embedded Python programming platform.The online real-time optimization system adopts ROMeoOnline Performance and ROMeoOnline Performance Real Time System to modify the basic control loop and set the PID parameters.On the basis of the traditional multivariable model predictive control,the performance of complex control,given point control,optimization of controlled variables with wide control range and dynamic optimization of product quality was improved.The advanced control system not only integrated and achieved the goal of online real-time optimization system,but also realized dynamic control and dynamic optimization,thus achieving the whole process simulation,control and optimization of the unit and improving the light oil yield and economic benefit of the unit.
