摘要 江苏有线苏州分公司技术人员在收到用户报修的业务问题时,需要在用户环境中获取日志以分析问题,此时运维人员需在用户环境中抓取日志文件再通过网络通信软件传给技术人员,这会耗费相关人员的时间和精力。本文基于TVOS机顶盒研发日志远程实时获取系统,帮助技术人员在用户报修问题时能够立即通过远程的方式在用户环境中实时获取日志文件,尽量减少运维人员上门时间,也可提升技术人员响应问题时间,为国内有类似需求的广电同行提供参考。 When the technicians of Jiangsu Cable Suzhou Branch receive the business problems reported by users,they need to obtain logs in the user environment to analyze the problems.At this time,the operation and maintenance personnel need to grab the log files in the user environment and then transmit them to the technicians through the network communication software,which will consume the time and energy of the relevant personnel.This paper develops a remote real-time log acquisition system based on TVOS set-top boxes to help technicians obtain log files in real time in the user environment in a remote way when users apply for repair,minimize the door-to-door time of operation and maintenance personnel,and improve the response time of technicians,so as to provide reference for domestic radio and television peers with similar needs.
