代谢综合征态靶辨治体系的构建

Construction of the Stage-target Differentiation and Treatment System for Metabolic Syndrome

以膏浊理论为指导,结合中医诊治代谢综合征的临床经验与态靶辨治理论,构建以分类、分期为特征的代谢综合征态靶辨治体系。辨治代谢综合征先分虚实两类,再分“膏浊、痰瘀、脏损”三期,辨以“壅、热、寒、痰、瘀、虚”六态,识“血糖、血压、血脂”三靶,治疗上主张态靶结合,健运开郁,扶正化浊,消膏减肥,全程治络,通络防损。该辨治体系可进一步丰富传统中医对代谢综合征的认识,为代谢综合征临床治疗提供诊疗疾病的新模式。

Guided by the theory of ointment turbidity,and based on the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in diagnosis and treatment of metabolic syndrome and the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment,a system characterized by different types and stages of state-target differentiation and treatment of metabolic syndromehas been constructed.It is initially to differentiate deficiency from excess,and then consider the three stages of“ointment turbidity,phlegm stasis,and visceral damage”.The six states of“congestion,heat,cold,phlegm,stasis,and deficiency”should be differentiated,as well as the three targets of“blood sugar,blood pressure,and blood lipids”.The treatment should combine state differentiation and target differentiation,follow the principles of transporting and opening the constraint,rectifying the healthy qi and removing turbidity,dispersing ointment and reducing the fat,and focus on unblocking the collaterals throughout to prevent the damage.This differentiation and treatment system can further enrich the understanding of metabolic syndrome in TCM,and provide a new mode of diagnosis and treatment of metabolic syndrome.
