摘要
为了降低深孔钻机施工时的能耗,减少碳排放,将稀土永磁电机及其控制技术应用在深孔钻探设备中,实现了动力机与工作部分的直驱,简化了钻机传动结构和操作程序,提高传动效率,减轻钻机重量,提高钻机的自动化水平和操作安全性,并能将下钻时永磁电机所发电能回馈到电网,利用永磁电机的特性实现钻机绞车的无摩擦制动、悬停和自动送钻,同时还实现了无齿轮传动,比传统钻机节能20%~30%。
Combined with practice,the rare earth permanent magnet motor and its control technology are applied in deep hole drilling equipment to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions,which realizes the direct-driveling between power machine and working part,simplifies the transmission structure and operating procedures,improves the transmission efficiency and reduces the weight of drilling rig,increases the automation level of drilling rig and operation safety,the power generated by the permanent magnet motor can be fed back to the power grid when lowering drill rod,and the characteristics of the permanent magnet motor can be used to achieve frictionless braking,hovering and automatic drilling of the winch,which really achieve the gearless transmission and save 20%~30%electricity than the traditional drilling machine.
