摘要
本文主要介绍了水平螺旋钻机运用光学成像,在导向施工中自动调焦系统的设计。通过实验以及实际施工中调焦规律数据的采集,应用软件分析生成调焦曲线图,采用PLC编程控制伺服电机,来实现仪器焦距的自动调节,同时改进了光靶设计,提高了导向施工精度,保证管道铺设达到设计要求。
This paper mainly introduces the design of automatic focusing system using optical imaging in the guided construction for horizontal auger boring machine.The focal distance is automatically adjusted with the focusing data collection in test and actual construction,focusing curve generated through application saftware analysis and PLC programming control servo motor.At the same time,the design of light target is imporving,the guided construction accuracy is increased,so the pipeline laying can meet its design requirements.
