降低哺乳期乳腺炎复发率的护理方案对比

Comparison of nursing programs for reducing the recurrence rate of breast-feeding mastitis

目的:降低哺乳期乳腺炎复发率的护理方案对比。方法:以2019年1月至12月于本院接受常规诊疗的60例哺乳期乳腺炎患者为对照组病例,以2020年1月至12月接受PDCA循环管理的74例乳腺炎患者为观察组病例,对比两组的乳腺炎复发率。结果:观察组中8例患者复发,复发率为10.80%;对照组中15例患者复发,复发率为25.00%,差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:哺乳期乳腺炎患者接受PDCA循环管理,可减少病情复发率。

Objective:Comparison of nursing programs to reduce the recurrence rate of breast-feeding mastitis.Methods:A total of 60 lactating mastitis patients who received routine diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 74 patients with mastitis who received PDCA circulation management from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group.Compare the recurrence rate of mastitis between the two groups.Results:In observation group,8 patients relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 10.80%;in the control group,15 patients relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 25.00%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation management can reduce the recurrence rate of lactation mastitis patients.
