胃结肠息肉患者内镜下切除后加强术后护理的效果研究

Study on the effect of strengthening postoperative nursing care of patients with gastric and colonic polyps after endoscopic resection

目的:探讨胃结肠息肉患者内镜下切除后加强术后护理的效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年10月本院收治的84例胃结肠息肉患者,根据数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加强术后护理,比较两组术后胃肠功能、胃肠道激素水平、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和排便时间少于对照组,胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平高于对照组,血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平低于对照组,术后并发症及复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃结肠息肉患者内镜下切除后加强术后护理能够有效促进其胃肠功能的恢复,降低并发症和复发风险,因此可用于临床应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of strengthening postoperative care for patients with gastric and colonic polyps after endoscopic resection.Methods:A total of 84 patients with gastric and colon polyps admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group strengthened postoperative care on the basis of routine nursing.The gastrointestinal function,gastrointestinal hormone levels,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative bowel sound recovery time,exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were less than those in the control group.The levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)were higher than those of the control group,and the vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)was lower In the control group,postoperative complications and recurrence rates were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enhancing postoperative care for patients with gastric and colonic polyps after endoscopic resection can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the risk of complications and recurrence,so it can be used for clinical.
