协同护理模式在冠心病心绞痛中的应用

Application of collaborative nursing model in coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的:对冠心病心绞痛患者应用协同护理模式的效果进行探究。方法:将2018年6月至2020年7月在本院进行治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者106例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组(n=53)和协同组(n=53)。常规组接受常规护理,协同组接受协同护理。对两组的护理效果予以比较。结果:协同组的生活质量评分明显高于常规组,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05);协同组的并发症发生率明显低于常规组,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病心绞痛患者的护理中,应用协同护理模式效果确切,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,还可以降低其并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of applying collaborative nursing model to patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:106 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2020 were used as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group(n=53)and the cooperative group(n=53).The routine group received routine care,and the cooperative group received cooperative care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The quality of life score of the synergy group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the data was statistically different(P<0.05);the complication rate of the synergy group was significantly lower than that of the routine group,and the data was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the application of collaborative nursing model has a definite effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
