可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒治疗手足部骨折的疗效分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Efficacy of Absorbable Screws and Self Reinforced Absorbable Rods in the Treatment of Hand and Foot Fractures

摘要 目的:探析手足部骨折患者采用可吸收螺钉、自身增强可吸收棒治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析某院100例手足部骨折患者临床资料,所选患者入院治疗时间范围为2019年1月-2020年12月,以治疗方案的不同作为分组方式,分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用单一应用可吸收螺钉治疗,观察组采用可吸收螺钉联合自身增强可吸收棒治疗。记录两组临床疗效、并发症发生率与术后情况。结果:观察组总有效率达到96.00%,显著高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组并发症发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);比较两组下床、骨折愈合与住院时间,观察组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用可吸收螺钉、自身增强可吸收棒治疗手足部骨折患者的效果理想,且不易发生并发症,有助于加快患肢恢复速度。 Objective:To explore the effect of treatment with absorbable screw and self reinforced absorbable rods in patients with hand and foot fractures.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with hand and foot fractures in a hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively reviewed.With the different treatment options as the grouping way,the patients treated with absorbable screws alone were included in the control group(50 patients),while the patients treated with absorbable screws combined with self reinforced absorbable rods were included in the observation group(50 patients).Clinical effects,incidence of complications,and postoperative conditions in the two groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group reached 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the 78.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The ambulation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of absorbable screws and self reinforced absorbable rods in the treatment of patients with hand and foot fractures is desirable and not prone to complications,which helps to accelerate the recovery rate of the affected limb.
