摘要
目的:研究对支气管肺发育不良伴晚发型败血症新生儿采用美罗培南结合布地奈德治疗的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年12月期间至某院接受治疗的支气管肺发育不良伴晚发型败血症新生儿68例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组在此基础上联合美罗培南治疗,对比两组患儿治疗后的总有效率,观察两组患儿治疗前后的炎性因子指标变化情况及支气管肺发育不良(BPD)分度情况,并对比两组患儿治疗后并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组的总有效率91.18%(31/34)比对照组70.59%(24/34)高,经对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经不同方案治疗后观察组的炎性因子指标及BPD分度均优于对照组,且观察组治疗后并发症发生率8.82%(3/34)也比对照组20.59%(7/34)低(P<0.05)。结论:对支气管肺发育不良伴晚发型败血症采用美罗培南联合布地奈德进行治疗可有效改善患儿的临床症状,也可有效降低患儿血清中炎性因子水平并改善其肺功能,患儿经二者联合治疗后不易出现严重并发症,其安全性高,建议予以临床推广。
Objective:To study the effect of meropenem combined with budesonide on neonates with bronchopulmonary dysplasia and late-onset sepsis.Methods:A total of 68 neonates with bronchopulmonary dysplasia and late-onset sepsis who received treatment in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide treatment,and the observation group was combined with meropenem treatment on this basis.The total effective rate of the two groups of children after treatment was compared,the changes of inflammatory factors indexes and bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)classification before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the incidence of complications after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was91.18%(31/34),higher than that of the control group(70.59%,24/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor indexes and BPD classification were better than those of the control group after treatment with the different regimens,and the incidence of complications in the observation group after treatment was 8.82%(3/34),which was lower than that in the control group(20.59%,7/34)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meropenem combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchopulmonary dysplasia with late-onset sepsis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,also effectively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and improve their pulmonary function.After the combined treatment,serious complications are not easy to occur,and the safety is higher,so it is recommended to be promoted clinically.
