阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的价值

The Value of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:对于脑卒中疾病类型之一的缺血型脑卒中治疗,分析采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷的治疗价值。方法:共有100例患者纳入此次研究,均是某院2019年6月-2020年6月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者。根据治疗方法不同进行分组,分为对照组(阿司匹林)和实验组(阿司匹林+氯吡格雷)各50例,观察对照组与实验组患者在不同治疗方案下的疗效差异变化。结果:治疗前,患者的血液指标包括纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间相比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察两组患者血液指标改善幅度变化发现,实验组更明显(P<0.05);同治疗前相比,经治疗后患者的hs-CRP(高敏C反应蛋白)、Hcy(血清同型半胱氨酸)、VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)和GAP43(神经生长相关蛋白43)等治疗指标均有不同程度改善,但实验组更明显(P<0.05);两组药副作用发生率相比,对照组药副作用发生率为10.00%,实验组药副作用发生率为12.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在阿司匹林的基础上应用于氯吡格雷治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疾病,能改善患者的血液指标,利于患者神经功能恢复,疗效肯定、安全,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic value of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of ischemic stroke,one of stroke diseases.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to a hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were included in this study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(aspirin) and experimental group(aspirin + clopidogrel),with 50 cases in each group.The difference of curative effect between the control group and the experimental group under different treatment schemes were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference in the patients’ blood indicators including fibrinogen,prothrombin time,and activated partial thromboplastin time(P>0.05).After treatment,changes of blood indexes in the experimental group were more obvious than those in the control group( P0.05).Conclusion:The application of clopidogrel on the basis of aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke disease can improve the blood indicators,which is conducive to the recovery of neurological function,with positive curative effect and safety,and is worthy of promotion.
