左亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶辅助治疗对中晚期胃癌患者VEGF水平的影响

Effect of Calcium Levofolinate and 5-fluorouracil Adjuvant Therapy on the Level of VEGF in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:探究左亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶辅助治疗对中晚期胃癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法:选取某院收治的中晚期胃癌患者120例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规胃癌放化疗治疗,观察组同时加用左亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶辅助治疗。统计两组治疗后疾病控制率、治疗前后VEGF和糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)水平、治疗前后生命质量及不良反应。结果:观察组的有效率、疾病控制率高于对照组;观察组患者VEGF、CA19-9水平低于对照组;观察组患者食欲、疼痛、精神、疲倦、睡眠及生活能力评分高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左亚叶酸钙和5-氟尿嘧啶能够提高中晚期胃癌患者疾病控制率,减轻患者的痛苦,提升生命质量,并降低VEGF、CA19-9水平,具有不良反应少、易操作等优势。

Objective:To explore the effect of adjuvant therapy with calcium levofolinate and 5-fluorouracil on the level of VEGF in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:According to the random number table method,a total of 120 patients with advanced gastric cancer in a hospital were selected and divided into the control group(n=60) and the observation group(n=60).The control group was given conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy for gastric cancer,and the observation group was given adjuvant therapy with calcium levofolinate and 5-fluorouracil on the basis of the control group.The disease control rate after treatment,VEGF and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9) levels,quality of life scores,and adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups were counted.Results:After treatment,the effective rate and disease control rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The levels of VEGF and CA19-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;The scores of appetite,pain,spirit,fatigue,sleep and living ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcium levulinate and 5-fluorouracil can improve the disease control rate,reduce the suffering,improve the quality of life,and reduce the levels of VEGF and CA19-9 in patients with advanced gastric cancer,with the advantages of fewer adverse reactions and easy operation.
