阿托伐他汀钙联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗对骨质疏松伴高脂血症患者骨密度、脂代谢及炎症因子的影响

Influence of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Alendronate Sodium on Bone Mineral Density,Lipid Metabolism and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Osteoporosis Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的:观察阿托伐他汀钙联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗对骨质疏松伴高脂血症患者骨密度、脂代谢及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取某院2018年6月-2019年6月入院的60例骨质疏松伴高脂血症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为A组和B组各30例,A组给予阿仑膦酸钠治疗,B组给予阿托伐他汀钙联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗,对比两组治疗前后骨密度、脂代谢及炎症因子变化。结果:B组治疗3月后腰椎(L_(2~4))、尺骨远端、大转子骨密度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗3个月后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗3个月后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙联合阿仑膦酸钠联合治疗可有效提升骨质疏松伴高脂血症患者骨密度,改善脂代谢,降低炎症反应。

Objective:To observe the influence of atorvastatin calcium combined with alendronate sodium on bone mineral density,lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in patients with osteoporosis complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:60 patients with osteoporosis complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with alendronate sodium,while group B was treated with atorvastatin calcium and alendronate sodium.Changes in bone density,lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the bone mineral densities of lumbar vertebra(L_(2-4)),distal ulna and greater trochanter in group B were higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and C-reactive protein(CRP) in group B after 3 months of treatment were lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium combined with alendronate sodium can effectively increase bone mineral density,improve lipid metabolism,and reduce inflammatory response in patients with hyperlipidemia complicated with osteoporosis.
