经阴道三维超声在多囊卵巢综合征超声评价中的价值分析

The Value of Transvaginal Three-dimensional Ultrasonography in the Ultrasonic Evaluation of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:分析经阴道三维超声在多囊卵巢综合征超声评价中的价值。方法:本次研究将选取的50例多囊卵巢综合征患者和50例其他因素引发不孕患者作为诊断对象,分别设为观察组和对照组,两组患者均采用经阴道三维超声诊断,比较两组患者各项相关指标状况,以及Vl、Fl、VFl、卵泡数目并分析其应用价值。结果:两组患者内分泌、卵巢形态、患者卵巢动脉血流动力学各项指标、Vl、Fl、VFl、卵泡数目差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用经阴道三维超声检查,利于掌握患者多卵巢综合征发病情况,诊断结果可信度高,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography in the ultrasonic evaluation of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:50 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and 50 patients with infertility caused by other factors were selected as a diagnostic object and divided into the observation group and control group,respectively.The two groups of patients were diagnosed with transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound,and the relevant indicators,Vl,Fl,VFl,and the number of follicles were compared between the two groups to analyze its application value.Results:There were significant differences in endocrine,ovarian morphology,ovarian arterial hemodynamics indexes,V1,F1,VF1 and the number of follicles between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography is helpful to understand the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome,and the diagnostic results have high reliability,which has high clinical application value.
