摘要
高校教学档案反映了教学的定位与目标、师资队伍、教学资源、培养过程、学生发展和质量保障等内容,是审核评估的基础,是负责审核的专家了解学校教学业务工作的重要媒介。教学档案是否真实、齐全、完整,一定程度上直接影响审核评估的结果。工作中,教学档案在形成、归档、管理、开发利用中存在如主体失位、内容失全、依据失准、价值失衡的问题,如何解决是本文探讨的核心主题。
College teaching archives reflect the orientation and objectives of teaching, teaching staff, teaching resources, training process, student development, quality guarantee and so on. They are the basis of audit and evaluation and an important medium for evaluation experts to understand the school’s teaching business. Whether the teaching archives are true and complete directly affects the results of audit and evaluation to a certain extent. In the work, there are some problems in the formation, archiving,management, development and utilization of teaching archives, such as disoriented subject, incomplete content, non-standard basis and imbalanced value. How to solve them is the core theme of this paper.
