Research on the Informatization Management of Bidding Archives in Colleges and Universities

高校招标档案是招标过程的真实记录,对招标档案进行信息化管理也是顺应时代发展的必然趋势。文章分析了招标档案管理现状及招标档案信息化管理必要性,提出基于招标工作业务流程的招标档案信息化管理路径,建设从硬件设施、文件数据、业务操作、后台管理、应用服务、数据对接等六个层面进行架构的招标档案信息化管理平台,实现招标档案为招标工作服务、招标工作促进招标档案规范管理的目标。

The bidding archives in colleges and universities are the real records of the whole bidding process, and the informatization management of bidding archives is also the inevitable trend of the times. This paper analyzes the management status quo of bidding archives and the necessity of the bidding archives informatization management, puts forward the informatization management path of the bidding archives based on the operation flow of public bidding, builds an informatization management platform of bidding archives constructed from six perspective of hardware facilities, file data, business operation, back-stage management, application service and data docking, hoping to achieve the goal that bidding archives will serve bidding work while bidding work will promote the standardized management of bidding archives.
