学籍档案作为高校档案利用率最高的内容之一,其服务利用影响着档案价值的发挥。学籍档案关系民生,对学生、学校、社会具有重要意义。提出智慧学籍档案管理系统的意义,并以南京师范大学为例,构建了智慧学籍档案的框架,将学籍档案管理系统分为档案数据层、利用层和自助层。并在利用层介绍了智慧学籍档案管理系统的实现办法,包括电子学籍卡、名册遮盖打印和人脸检索等最新技术的应用,使档案服务向深层次、高质量、高效率方向发展。

As one of the most utilized parts of university archives, the service and utilization of students’ status archives affect the exertion of archives value. Students’ status archives are related to people’s livelihood and are of great significance to students,schools and society. This paper puts forward the significance of management system of intelligent students’ status archives and takes Nanjing Normal University as an example to construct the framework of intelligent students’ status archives. Intelligent students’ status archives management system is divided into archives data layer, utilization layer and self-service layer. At the utilization level, it introduces the specific methods of the intelligent students’ status archives management system, including the application of the latest technologies such as electronic student status card, covered roll printing and face recognition retrieval, so that the services will develop to the direction of deep level, high quality and high efficiency.
