AI Empowers Scientific Research Archives Management in Colleges and Universities

信息技术极大地推动了各行各业的发展。大数据背景下,面对科研档案缺乏资源共享性、利用效率低下等实际问题,应借助人工智能相关技术手段智慧化管理科研档案。本文从科研档案共享的安全性、资源组织优化以及对构建自适应的科研档案推荐平台进行了浅谈,希望能加快科研档案由数字化管理向智慧化管理转变的进程,提升科研档案利用效率,更好地服务高校科研事业的发展。

Information technology has greatly promoted the development of all walks of life. In the context of big data, faced with practical problems such as lack of resources sharing and low utilization efficiency of scientific research archives, technological means related with artificial intelligence is used to help the intelligent management of scientific research archives. This paper discusses the security of scientific research archives sharing, the resources organization optimization and the construction of self-adaptive scientific research archives recommendation platform, hoping to speed up the transformation of scientific research archives from digital management to intelligent management, improve the utilization efficiency of scientific research archives, and better serve the development of scientific research cause in colleges and universities.
