区块链与电子病历的结合应用探析

当前,电子病历存在严重的数据壁垒和数据安全隐患,区块链技术作为一种新兴的技术,其去中心化、去信任化、安全性、防篡改性、共享性等特点将有效赋能数字化医疗发展。本文对区块链技术进行了基本介绍,重点分析了区块链技术如何有效发挥其技术特点,解决电子病历中存在的问题,从而对医疗卫生领域带来巨大变革。与此同时,“区块链+电子病历”这一新生事物的发展也面临诸多挑战,需要政府部门牵头尽快制定行业标准,培养专业人才,为真正实现区块链助推医疗卫生领域的发展保驾护航。

The current electronic medical records have serious data barriers and data security risks. As a newly emerging technology,blockchain technology with its decentralization, trustlessness, security, tamper resistance, sharing and other characteristics will effectively empower digital medical care development. This paper provides a basic introduction to blockchain technology, focusing on analyzing how blockchain technology can effectively give play to its technical characteristics, solve the problems in electronic medical records, and bring about tremendous changes in the medical and health field. At the same time, the development of "blockchain + electronic medical records" is also facing many challenges. It is necessary for government departments to take the lead in formulating industry standards as soon as possible, cultivating professionals, and escorting the real realization of blockchain boosting the development of the medical and health field.
