Model Construction of Enterprise Archives Development and Utilization Based on Business Process Rebuilding

传统档案服务模式已经无法满足日益增长的多元利用需求,如何在信息化时代充分挖掘档案信息资源、全面实现档案共建共享成为亟待解决的重大课题。立足于用户需求、相关标准规范,基于业务流程再造法将传统档案业务流程优化为数据采集、数据管理、数据应用三个层次,构建了更加精准化、智能化、多元化的档案利用服务模式,以在流程视角下为企业档案数据资源开发利用工作提供借鉴和思考。

The traditional archives service model has been unable to meet the increasing demand for diversified utilization. How to fully excavate archives information resources and fully realize the co-construction and sharing of archives has become a major issue which needs to be solved urgently in the information age. According to users’ requirements, relevant standards and specifications,the traditional archives business process is optimized into three levels: data collection, data management and data application based on the business process rebuilding method, which constructs a more precise, intelligent and diversified archives utilization service model. It provides reference and thinking for the development and utilization of enterprise archives from the perspective of process.
