注意力稀缺时代的突发事件档案收集与展览传播策略——以广州抗击新冠肺炎疫情档案为例

Emergency Archives Collection and Exhibition Communication Strategy in Era of Scarce Attention——A Case Study on the Archives of Fight Against COVID-19 Epidemic in Guangzhou

突发事件的原始记录和应急管理活动过程中形成的一手档案物证的收集和展览对保存社会记忆、灾后重建、服务民生和宣传教育等都有着非常重要的价值。然而,面对移动互联时代激烈的社会竞争和人们注意力的匮乏,各级档案馆在突发事件档案收集与展览方面要更好地赋能国家治理,就需要采用适应注意力稀缺时代的有效传播策略。

The collection and exhibition of the original records of emergencies and the first-hand archival evidence formed in the emergency management are of great value to the preservation of social memory, post-disaster reconstruction, service for people’s livelihood, publicity and education, and so on. However, in face of the fierce social competition and lack of people’s attention in the mobile Internet era, archival institutions at all levels need to adopt effective communication strategies to adapt to the attention scarcity situation for better serving the national governance from the perspective of collection and exhibition of emergency archives.
