考虑弃水风险的并联水电站蓄放水次序研究 被引量:1

摘要 对于有弃水风险且调节能力有限的并联水电站群,面对多流域不同的来水情况和不同发电主体竞争性蓄水的现象,如何利用合理的水库蓄放水次序进行互补协调调度,是提高水电系统综合效益的关键。针对并联水库群提出了一种蓄放水次序生成模型,以弃水电量最小和不蓄能损失最小为目标,以日为尺度,根据各水库时段初水位对水库群蓄放水次序进行实时排序,排序结果用于分配该时段系统负荷以得到水电系统日负荷分配过程,并以重庆市10座并联水电站为实例进行验证。结果表明:该模型能够合理分配系统日负荷,达到水库群有序调度的目的,同时还可以有效降低弃水风险,对解决汛枯交替期水电消纳困难问题具有参考意义。 For parallel reservoirs with water abandonment risk and limited regulation capacity, facing different incoming water regimes in multiple basins and competitive water storage by different power generating entities, how to propose a reasonable reservoir water storage and release sequence to carry out complementary and coordinated operating is the key to improve the comprehensive efficiency of the hydropower system.In this paper, a reservoir water storage and release sequence generation model was proposed for parallel reservoirs.With the objective of minimizing the amount of abandoned electricity and the loss of non-storage energy, the reservoirs′ storage-release operation were ranked in real time according to the initial water level of each reservoir in a daily scale, and the ranking results were used to allocate the system load for that period to obtain the daily load allocation process of the hydropower system.And the ranking allocation was verified by 10 parallel hydropower stations in Chongqing City.The results show that the model can reasonably allocate the system daily load, achieving the purpose of reservoirs orderly operating, and also effectively reduce the risk of water abandonment, which is a reference guide to solve the problem of hydropower consumption difficulties during the flood-dry alternating periods.
