摘要
以苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液为成膜树脂,制备了一种钢结构轻防腐用底漆,其性能符合HG/T 5176-2017标准的要求。研究了成膜树脂、颜填料、防闪锈剂和pH调节剂对漆膜防腐性能的影响。结果表明,当颜填料体积浓度(PVC)为40%~45%时,以苯丙乳液A为成膜树脂,以重质碳酸钙和滑石粉为主要的填料,同时使用防闪锈剂A、pH调节剂A、防锈颜料B和锶铬黄,所制备的水性丙烯酸底漆具有良好的防腐蚀性能。
A light anticorrosive primer for steel structures was prepared by using styrene-acrylate emulsion as binder,and its properties were compliant with the standard HG/T 5176-2017.The effects of binder,pigment filler,anti-flash rust agent and pH regulator on the corrosion resistance of coating were studied.The results indicated that the waterborne acrylic primer had good anticorrosion when the pigment volume concentration(PVC)was 40%~45%,and the styrene-acrylic emulsion A was used as binder,calcium carbonate and talcum powder were used as the main fillers,and flash rust resistant agent A,pH regulator A,the combination of antirust pigment B and strontium chromate were adopted simultaneously.
