气相色谱-质谱法同时测定空心胶囊中32种有机氯农药

Determination of 32 Organochlorine Pesticides in Vacant Capsules by GC-MS

建立了测定空心胶囊中32种有机氯农药的气相色谱—质谱法。样品经QUECHERS法前处理,以HP—5MS毛细管柱为分析柱,气相色谱—质谱法进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明:32种有机氯农药在1~20μg/mL浓度范围线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995~1.0000。在1、4和8μg/mL加标水平下,32种有机氯农药的回收率为85.7%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为0.64%~2.94%。本方法快速、简便、准确、灵敏,适用于空心胶囊中有机氯农药的日常检测。

A GC-MS was established for 32 organochlorine pesticides in vacant capsules.The vacant capsule samples were pre-treated by QUECHERS.The extract was detected by CG-MS with HP-5 MS capillary column,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the linearity of 32 organochlorine pesticides ranged from 1 to 20μg/mL with correlation coefficients of 0.9995~1.0000.The recoveries of these organochlorine pesticides at spiked levels of 1,4 and 8μg/mL ranged from 85.7%to 104.8%,while relative standard deviations ranged from 0.64%to 2.94%.This method is fast,simple,accurate and sensitive for routine determination of organochlorine pesticides in vacant capsules.
