不同堆焊方法组合堆焊层组织性能研究

摘要 加氢反应器是石油化工企业的核心装备,其内壁堆焊是该设备生产制造过程的关键步骤。本文以加氢反应器内壁堆焊为研究背景,在2.25Cr-1Mo钢上采用带极电渣焊与药芯气保焊组合堆焊方法进行双层不锈钢堆焊,并对得到的组合堆焊层进行化学成分、铁素体含量和组织性能分析,结果表明:组合堆焊层的化学成分、铁素体含量、金相组织、硬度、弯曲性能、抗晶间腐蚀性能均满足加氢反应器的制造要求。 Hydrogenation reactor is the core equipment petrochemical enterprise,and the valve wallcladdingis key to the production of the equipment.On the background of cladding of valve wall of hydrogenation reactor,electro-slag welding and flux-cored arc welding were used to carry out double stainless steel heap welding in 2.25 Cr-1 Mo steel,and then chemical components,ferrite content and microstructure and property were analyzed for surfacing deposit.The results showed that chemical component,ferrite content,metallographic structure,hardness,bending property and intercrystalline corrosion resistance of welding cladding can meet the technical conditions of hydrogenation reactor.
