摘要
为拓展药学专业大学生创新思维水平、规范实验操作以及提高分析实验数据能力,在大学生创新创业项目执行中采用PBL教学方法,加强综合素质。本实验以左氧氟沙星为模板分子,衣康酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,制备左氧氟沙星磁性表面分子印迹聚合物,通过透射电子显微镜、红外光谱等对材料进行表征,并对婴幼儿配方奶粉中左氧氟沙星开展选择性分离富集。
In order to expand the innovative thinking level,standardize the experimental operation and improve the ability of analyzing the experimental data of the college students majoring in pharmacy,PBL teaching method in the execution of the innovative and pioneering project of the college students was applied,their comprehensive quality was strengthened.The magnetic surface molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs)were prepared by using Levofloxacin as template molecule,itaconic acid as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimeth acrylate as crosslinking agent and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator,the materials were characterized by transmission electron microscope,IR,and applied to selective separation and enrichment of Levofloxacin in infant formula.
